Joseph Fessler- Bellevue Joey Fessler is an outstanding young man. I have been an educator for thirty-three years and Joe is one of the most exceptional young men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I have no doubt that he will be a very successful young man.
Lindsey Steller- Highlands Lindsey is bright and high achieving, a leader in her class, and a model student and student-athlete. Lindsey is driven to succeed and has set high standards for herself through determination as well as ability. She is a verbal young lady who adds to discussions and is not afraid to voice what she believes. She is bright, engaging, organized and an integral part of all her classes. Lindsey is the go to girl that can be counted on to do all the things that need to be done.
Brad Jolly- Campbell County Brady Jolly works extremely hard in all of his classes. He is one of the most polite young men I have ever been around. He is a model student and athlete whom every teacher loves to have in class. He is a great representative for CCHS.
Nick Grout-Walton Verona
Jonathan Brigham- Ryle Jonathan Brigham exemplifies all the positive traits an employee / school could ask for in a young man. He has perfect attendance, his behavior is impeccable, he is always polite and respectful and he is a true leader, both academically and behaviorally. Jonathan Brigham serves as an ambassador for his school and his community. He is involved in approximately 8-10 organizations here at school, he enjoys a good challenge and will work to succeed in whatever he does. He is a wonderful, young man.
Tyler Mullins- Gallatin County Tyler Mullins is a true “Work Ethic Student Ambassador”. Tyler has a 4.0 GPA, he is an active member of the Gallatin County Bluegrass Band, and also a member of the famed Larry Sparks and the Lonesome Rambler Bluegrass Band. Tyler also provides banjo and guitar lessons to members of the community. Throughout his busy schedule, he remains in good standing with his grades as well as his school activities. He is a worthy recipient of this award based on demonstration of positive work ethic during the year.
Ian Doyle- Silver Grove Ian Doyle is an outstanding senior at Silver Grove High School. Ian maintains a 4.0 GPA with his high school, as well as college classes. Ian also tutors elementary students during the day. When he is not in school, Ian works in Augusta, works for his father during the summer, volunteers with school/community projects, and helps run games at St. Philip VBS. We are very proud that Ian represents our school as Ambassador for the Work Ethic Diploma.
Jayme Bauer- Scott Jayme is a senior at Scott High School, maintaining a 3.53 GPA. She has participated in soccer, basketball, tennis, slowpitch softball, student council, FBLA, Spanish club, book club, CKRH (Central KY Riding for Hope), St. Elizabeth Hospital, Hanner’s Heroes Mentoring program and SHS senior community. She is MOS (Excel 2003) and MCAS (Word 2007) certified and has been honored on Prom Court and as Homecoming Queen, second attendant. She plans to attend Morehead State University in the fall and major in Nursing.
Tyler Lovell- Dayton Tyler is one of the top students in the senior class at Dayton High School. As captain of the boys’ basketball team he is a leader both on and off the court. Tyler strives for excellence but also remains humble through all of his achievements. He is a role model to the underclassmen and will continue to work hard next year when he attends Western Kentucky University as a Biology major with the hopes of being a family practitioner someday.
Salem Thompson- Newport Salem Thompson was chosen to represent Newport High School in the 2009-2010 Work Ethic Program. She is an individual who leads by example participating and excelling in several extra-curricular activities. Her excellent positive student behavior shines bright in our urban high school environment. Salem consistently finds ways to make herself a valuable asset to her community.
Samuel Thompson – Calvary Christian Samuel Thompson is a dedicated, hard-working student. He is concerned with his academics and wants to challenge himself in order to learn and gain the knowledge he needs to further his career goals. In addition, Samuel knows that it is not just about academics. It is the quality of the whole person, their total work-ethic, including things such as being present and on time, respect for those in authority over him, integrity, etc. He is an excellent example of the core meaning for why the Work Ethic Program was developed.
Emily Cooney – Notre Dame Emily shows evidence of her strong work ethic, leadership skills and commitment to Notre Dame Academy in her role as school Co-President. She takes on numerous responsibilities that go beyond that of other students. She is a solid team player, who brings out the best in others. Emily is truly a role model for her fellow students, giving her best efforts to her studies, to her swim team and to our entire student body.
Raymond Berry – Beechwood
Sara Moreland- Williamstown
Cory Dailey – Pendleton Co. Cory Dailey exhibits a strong work ethic in all aspects of his life. He runs cross country and track, and is a member of the Literary Magazine and National Honor Society. Furthermore Cory is quite involved in his church and has taken a variety of Advanced Placement classes; in fact, this year he has four AP classes and is taking a college class through Northern Kentucky University. Cory, nevertheless, maintains a 4.6 GPA.
Elizabeth Feinauer – Simon Kenton Elizabeth is a highly motivated senior who works her hardest to ensure every task is completed to a certain degree of perfection. She does not settle for less than her personal best which can be seen in her academic achievements. Elizabeth is an exceedingly talented and ambitious student who is passionate about her future career in pediatric oncology.

  What you should know about the Program:
 
In an effort to highlight students displaying a positive work ethic in high schools across Northern Kentucky, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Mansion Hill Studio & Gallery to feature Work Ethic Student Ambassadors from the Class of 2010.
 
Schools participating in the Work Ethic Diploma program at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce were invited to identify a student to represent their high school as a Northern Kentucky Work Ethic Student Ambassador for the Class of 2010.
 
Students featured in the Work Ethic Ambassador Gallery were selected based on their demonstration of positive work ethic characteristics during the year, aligned with the criteria of the program such as attendance, punctuality, behavior, community service/internship experience, organization skills, respect, etc.
